Top 4 Things To Know When Applying to AgentSync

Received an invitation from us for an initial interview?  Great! Make sure to review this list for important reminders on applying to us.

1. Schedule

Unless noted in the job ad that the position is flexible, we do not proceed with applicants who want a different schedule and/or are holding another position that is worked on the same hours.This is not a question of your capability– this is part of our non-negotiable commitment to our clients to provide them with dedicated support on their desired work schedule.

2. Rate

The rate is published on the job ad and reflects what your prospective client has agreed to pay. If the pay doesn’t significantly meet your expectations, please email us to withdraw your job application right away. Do not discuss pay with the client during final interviews. This is already finalised during the initial interview with Recruitment.

3. Power and Internet Backups

We require candidates to have contingency internet & power options and/or alternate working locations within an hour away from their residence. This is to ensure uninterrupted work for your clients and zero deductions in your pay for unworked hours.

4. Activity & Time tracker

This is a non-negotiable requirement that allows us to share productivity reports with your client, as well as pay you hassle-free. Please note that compared to other freelance agencies, our lightweight time tracker offers greater privacy such as disabled webcam snapshots.

How long will it take for you to decide if I’ve got an interview?

On average, it takes us 1-3 business days. However, it may take more, depending on the volume of applications received and the complexity of role requirements.

Due to a high number of applications we receive, only successful applicants will be contacted. If you have not heard from us by the interview timeline above, then it’s likely that you unfortunately have not been shortlisted for the role.
