I am looking for a Social Media Virtual Assistant who has experience with Australian businesses. I run a freelance marketing business and require an assistant to create artwork for posts, create reels, help with post ideas, research on trends in the industries, and can help me be more organised and efficient. I have clients across multiple industries, so you must be able to be versatile. I am looking for someone with strong design skills who can provide effective artwork for posts. I will handle strategy, client relationships and strategy, however I will require a very strong VA to support my clients and business growth. 

  • You must have 4+ years experience in this type of role 
  • Extensive experience with clients in Australia
  • Strong design skills and eye for design
  • Be able to work quickly and without hand holding, be organised and have solid organisation systems you could bring to the table.
  • Be able to change your tone of voice to match clients across different industries.
  • Fluent in English.

For me to find the right person I will need to see previous work you have done with artwork for posts, reels, and your work for previous client. We would be looking at preparing a month’s worth of content a month in advance – possibly 16 hours a month to start with and may grow with the right candidate.
