We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team. If you’re passionate about social media and client success and have experience in managing online accounts, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management: Assist in managing and monitoring clients’ social media accounts.
  • Content Scheduling: Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content on behalf of our clients, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Hashtag Strategy: Develop effective hashtag strategies to maximise content reach and engagement for each client.
  • Monthly Content Planning: Collaborate with our team to create monthly content schedules tailored to each client’s objectives and target audience.
  • Engagement and Interaction: Engage with clients’ social media audiences by responding to comments and messages and fostering positive interactions.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor social media analytics for client accounts and prepare reports to measure the impact of our strategies. Provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our clients’ accounts are optimised.

What We Require:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with content creation tools.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
